Ethereum is facing mounting pressure as it struggles to reclaim the $2,400 level. Declining decentralized exchange (DEX) volumes and weaker demand for decentralized applications are signaling reduced on-chain activity — a key driver of ETH’s value.

At the same time, institutional sentiment appears cautious. ETF outflows and low futures premiums suggest a lack of strong bullish conviction. For ETH to recover sustainably, both user activity and institutional demand will need to rebound — otherwise, rallies may continue to fade.
