Pokemon GO officially revealed its next major season, Forever Forward, launching June 2 and running through September 8, 2026.

Unlike the nostalgia-heavy “Memories in Motion” season, Forever Forward appears to shift focus toward the future of Pokemon GO as the game approaches its 10th anniversary on July 6.

The season will also overlap with GO Fest Global 2026, which is expected to be one of the biggest events in the game’s history thanks to the arrival of:
• Mega Mewtwo X
• Mega Mewtwo Y
• Zeraora
• New anniversary content
• Global raids and bonuses

The first teaser trailer was short, but the presence of anniversary confetti, special Pikachu costumes, and future-themed branding strongly suggests Niantic is preparing a major summer celebration for longtime players.
