Electronic Arts and Battlefield Studios have outlined upcoming updates for Battlefield 6 as part of Season 2, following a decline in player activity after launch. The update includes new content such as the Nightfall experience and the Hagental Base map, alongside returning vehicles like the dirtbike and Little Bird helicopter.

The upcoming Hunter/Prey update, scheduled for April 14, will introduce progression changes, including revised XP systems. Mastery XP will now be earned through weapon and vehicle usage, eliminations, and improved scoring mechanics, with adjustments designed to better align multiplayer and REDSEC progression systems.
