Nathan Allman, Founder of Ondo Finance, Dies at 32

Ondo Finance founder Nathan Allman has passed away unexpectedly at the age of 32, according to a statement released by the company. Allman founded Ondo in 2021 after previously working on Goldman Sachs’ digital assets team and quickly became one of the most recognized figures in the tokenized real-world asset sector.

Under his leadership, Ondo Finance grew into one of the largest RWA platforms in crypto, bringing nearly $3.86 billion worth of tokenized assets on-chain across treasuries, equities, and commodities with more than 111,000 holders globally.

The company described Allman as a visionary whose work helped push crypto beyond speculation and closer toward institutional financial infrastructure. Ondo President Ian De Bode will now step in as CEO as the company continues expanding its tokenization strategy.
